the pure religion of Islam, is considered as a social religion and the society it focuses on, is the one in which man not only satisfies his own material and spiritual needs but also lays the ground for the growth and sublimity of the rest of its members.
The present article aims to cite the Quranic verses and Mizan interpretation, while identifying the influential social components of urban management and citizens in sublimity of urban society, and explain it in the religion of Islam.
The research method used in this study is qualitative content analysis. The interpretation used in this research was al-Mizan interpretation and coding, classification and categorization of selected texts was done by ATLAS.ti software.Totally, 5 categories, 14 components and 107 sub-components were identified among the propositions related to the research topic.
Providing the expansion of science learning in the city and trying to acquire knowledge and wisdom by citizens, Providing maximum participation of people in the city and cooperation, participation in social affairs and avoiding division in order to achieve perfection by citizens, Fair distribution of urban facilities and services in the city and having a sense of responsibility towards each other in order to establish social justice by citizens, Providing maximum social interactions and establishing social connections in order to meet human needs based on brotherhood, consultation and enjoining good and forbidding evil, Establishing security in the city and commitment and social and financial adherence to the norms of the society by the citizens are among the identified social duties of urban management and citizens in the sublimity of the urban society.
