چکیده
در بین عناصر نظام آموزشی هیچ‌کدام با عنصر جایگاه استادی برابری نمی‌کند. با بررسی مؤلفۀ انسان، اصول و بینش عمیق استادان معمار حین حل مسائل حاکم بر اجرای بنا و انتقال سینه‌به‌سینه به شاگردان خویش امید است که بتوان خلأ جایگاه مؤثر انسان در آموزش معماری معاصر را برطرف کرد.
هدف از این پژوهش، کمک به ارتقای کیفیت آموزش از راه معرفی الگویی از استاد در آموزش عالی می‌باشد. این پژوهش در مرحلۀ اول در قالب دیدگاه کیفی به روش تحلیل محتوا شکل گرفت و در مرحله بعد با استفاده از پرسشنامه کمی جداول و نمودارها به دست آمد. برای این منظور دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران جنوب در مورد ویژگی‌های استاد الگو مورد پرسش قرار گرفته‌اند. با توجه به اعداد به‌دست‌آمده میزان تسلط‌ بر محتوا، به‌‌روز بودن، خلاقیت، ایجاد تعادل در بین دانسته‌های تئوری و تجارب عملی، تجربه‌، مسئولیت‌‌پذیری‌، شیوایی‌ بیان، ارزشیابی، امتیاز بازه 5 تا 6، خوش‌بینی و مثبت‌اندیشی، دانش‌پژوهی، تعامل‌ مثبت‌ با دانشجویان، احترام‌ و صمیمیت‌، امتیاز بازه 4 تا 5 و ارائه مدون محتوا، امتیاز بازه 3 تا 4 و انعطاف‌پذیری امتیاز بازه 2 تا 3 از سقف 6 را داشته است.
با توجه به یافته‌های تحقیق می‌توان نتیجه گرفت تعلق خاطر به موضوعی سبب ایجاد کنجکاوی می‌گردد. این کنجکاوی باعث انجام تلاش شده و منجر به دست آوردن آگاهی می‌شود. بدین شکل، زنجیره تعلق خاطر، تلاش و دستاورد به حرکت می‌افتد و ادامه می‌یابد.

Among the elements of the educational system, none is equal to the element of the position of a professor. By examining the human component, the principles and deep insight of the master architects while solving the issues governing the implementation of the building and passing it on to their students, it is hoped that the vacuum of the effective position of man in the education of contemporary architecture can be eliminated.
No creature needs interpretation as much as humans. The expression of this issue is for the purpose of understanding the human being and the needs that depend on addressing his nature. Human existential angles do not only lead to his inner angles and also include social and environmental angles that are effective and affected. In addition to his inner layers, from a cultural point of view, man also has two individual and social selves. In other words, man has two distinct levels of himself, the surface layer is assimilated with the external space and the deeper layer is in the state of real continuity of existence. The purpose of man's creation is his happiness, so improving the position of man in the society can provide the basis for man's happiness.
Professors have a high social status. The professor is not only a master of educational issues but also an example for students. To achieve educational goals and create suitable conditions, the teacher is the most key factor. In the process of education, not only the experience and practical actions of the teacher are effective, but all aspects of his personality are effective in providing students with a learning environment.
The teacher was one of the important foundations of traditional education in all fields of art, and his position was often considered high. The method of teacher and student is more educational than teaching. On the other hand, students' knowledge is one of the important and effective factors on architecture education. It is not possible to load students under a regular and pre-determined program without knowing them accurately and without paying attention to their reactions to data and demands. Due to the increase in the number of students and the difference in their characteristics in receiving information and paying attention and knowing these characteristics. It is necessary in all fields, including architecture.
Architecture education is one of the key and important subjects in drawing the future of architecture, progress and prosperity. The architecture of Iran's past, which has always had a special place by emphasizing sustainable values, in the current period, with the emergence of the dual words of tradition and modernity, from the nostalgic look at the past to the fascination of western models, has become a kind of ambiguity and confusion.
Global transformation is moving in a direction that requires people to learn science and special techniques to face the upcoming conflicts, and this deserves to be paid attention to people's learning; Because it is believed that most of today's developments are the result of science and skill, and acquiring science and technique also requires learning. From this point of view, education should move towards making education more effective and cause more people to learn.
The purpose of this research is to help improve the quality of education by introducing a model of a professor in higher education. In the first stage, this research was conducted in the framework of qualitative approach and using content analysis, and in the next stage, using a quantitative questionnaire, tables and graphs were obtained. For this purpose, the students of South Tehran University were asked about the characteristics of the model professor. According to the obtained numbers, the degree of content mastery, up-to-dateness, creativity, balance between theoretical knowledge and practical experiences, experience, responsibility, eloquence, evaluation, score range 5 to 6, optimism and positivity, scholarship, Positive interaction with students, respect and intimacy, has a score of 4 to 5, and presentation of content has a score of 3 to 4, and flexibility has a score of 2 to 3 out of 6.
According to the above findings, attachment to a subject causes interest and curiosity. This interest and curiosity makes a person to try. The fruit of this effort eventually leads to the acquisition of knowledge. Then this knowledge and awareness creates hope in humans, and hope increases attachment, and thus the cycle of attachment, effort and success begins and continues. On the other hand, it can be admitted that these three dimensions are superficially compatible. Usually, when the cognitive dimension is deep and rooted and dependent on basic values, its emotional dimension is strong and rooted in the same proportion, and as a result, a person's psychological readiness for appropriate behavior also increases. If he has a positive attitude, he is ready to help, reward, praise and support his outcome. On the contrary, if he has a negative attitude towards that subject, he is ready to slander, harm, punish and destroy the subject.
